Established in 1992, FLEXATHERM EXPANLLOW PVT. LTD. is an eminent Designer and Manufacturer of metallic expansion bellows ranging from 50 mm to 6000 mm. The company was incorporated under SSI Act in 1992, and is promoted by experts in the field of metallic expansion bellows/joints/compensators and corrugated hoses.

Process

FLEXATHERM Expansion Bellows are manufactured from thin walled multilayered cylinders on specially designed indigenous machinery. The longitudinal welding of the thin wall cylinder is welded on automatic seam welding fixture with the help of fine current controlled welding source. Convolutions are formed by hydraulically operated expansion (expanding mandrel) forming process.  Flexatherm has successfully commissioned fully automatic Computerised Forming Machine.

• Size: Circular; Minimum diameter 25 NB; Maximum diameter 7000 NB & above on specific requirement.
• Rectangular – No. BAR with Round, Camera, Single Miter, Double Miter Corners
• Pressure: Our standard bellows are designed from 3kg/cm2, 6kg/cm2  & 9kg/cm2. We can supply
• Bellows suitable for higher pressure such as 50 kg/cm2 & above.
• Material of Construction: Different grade of STAINLESS STEEL such as SA 240 TP 304, 304L,316, 316L, 321, 309, 310, 310S & Inconnel 600, 625, 800, 825, etc.

Type tests like cycle life, squirm yield rupture, etc. are conducted on specific requirements by in-house facility.
